Next-Day Service: We understand that your lab’s operations depend on your equipment functioning at its best. That's why we offer a next-day service, ensuring that our certified technicians are there when you need them most.
Preventative Maintenance: Regular maintenance is crucial to keeping your equipment in optimal condition. Our service plan includes two preventative maintenance visits per year to inspect, clean, calibrate and verify your Dynex® instruments are performing to specifications.
Parts Replacement: In the event that parts are needed, our service plan includes all necessary parts replacements, ensuring your equipment remains fully functional without unexpected costs.
